I was invited to join the recruitment after a direct search via LinkedIn. I had two online interviews with a team member, HR manager and team manager. The atmosphere was fine, although I did get some unusual questions and was asked about minimum qualifications not mentioned in the ad. In the end I got rejected along with generic feedback.
