The interview process was smooth - a recruiter reached out to me and asked me to apply. I had the interview within a few days. Both interviewers were very personable and kind, if a bit distracted at times by their instant messenger clients. Since the job I was interviewing for was/is a newly created role, I did get the impression that they weren't sure exactly what they were looking for, which resulted in some pretty wild candidate expectations (they wanted someone with deep engineering experience AND a master project manager skillset - a pretty rare combo). But all in all, it was a great experience and I actually enjoyed the session. Still not sure if I got the job 2 weeks later, but they both did a nice job.
