Simple yet very thourough interview. They seemed to immediately care about you as an employee. They were very clear on expectations and asked what you expected out of the role.

Applied online, contacted via email by recruiter to schedule a phone screen with hiring manager (lasted less than 10 minutes). Then a more formal interview was set up with two of the hiring managers. 3 days later got a call to offer me the position.
