Fiz uma entrevista na empresa bioTheranostics (La Jolla, CA).
Entrevista
Rather than a panel interview, I had four half-hour interviews with:
1. Histotechnologist and Histology Associate
2. Lab Director and VP of Laboratory Operations
3. Medical Director
4. Human Resources
During this 2 hour interview, I was informed point blank that:
1. the work is boring
2. there is no room for growth
3. the benefits are less robust than what I currently enjoy
4. there is no reimbursement nor even encouragement of professional enrichment such as attending industry conferences (NSH/CSH)
5. there was heavy emphasis on how there is NO DRAMA in the workplace
6. Laboratory management is “top heavy” (their words)
7. HR asked me directly when I graduated high school under the guise of friendly friendly banter even though I have a 4 year science degree.
In short, they did a poor job of selling me on why I’d want to work there. Thank goodness that I love my current job and was only exploring options of furthering my skill set and income.
On the plus side they claim to be on the cusp of experiencing exceptional growth. I felt that we were not a good fit and did not follow up after the interview.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa bioTheranostics.

If you want to ace the interview, it is best if you know diagnostic testing, know oncology, at the least know the website. The hiring manager is not the sharpest but he knows the buzz words, especially from website. Ask questions.

Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela bioTheranostics (San Diego, CA) em mai. de 2014
Entrevista
Pretty easy. You interview with the manager and possibly a team lead. Then, you have a phone interview with the VP of sales. You also meet with the HR director. She basically lets you know that you'll be working for and be paid through a temp agency for at least 90 days. at that point they decide if they want to keep you on and make you a full time employee.

I wasn't asked anything difficult. Just the basic run of the mill questions.
