Had three rounds of interviews which all of them were through video calls. Well structured, organized, clear and smooth. The Hiring Manager, Group Head and HR were true professionals and the it was a track hiring process.

i had 3 interviews process with them. The first two interviews were standard and professional, and the third interview was with the department director, which suggested the process was reaching its final stage. Unfortunately, after completing all three interviews, I never received any response or feedback. For me this is unprofessional Being left without any communication after three interviews shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time, effort, and availability. At this stage of a recruitment process, basic follow-up should be expected, even if the final decision is a rejection. Clear and respectful communication is a key part of a positive candidate experience, and this was clearly missing here.
