Well, this was my first interview, as well as the interviewers first interview.... so it was kind of awkward. Started off with typical interview questions( tell me about yourself, best qualities, etc) and then they handed me a diagram of a heat transfer system and asked me to talk about it, very open ended.

The online assessments were of the standard format, but very time pressured.
On Demand interview was conducted by HireVue and would recommnend to read and understand the BP values. Also consider the challenges of the Oil & Gas sector as a whole and what BP does differently. The balance sheet should be inspected and appreciation that Deepwater horizon is still a detriment to balance sheet health.
