The first part consisted in an online application , after a couple of days I have recieve an email to take a SJQ test which I did not pass it. However, it worth do in it.

Great interviewers very kind. Made you feel at ease and asked lots of questions. Lasted around 1 hour with plenty of time for questions. Last stage was an assessment centre.

The interview was long and challenging but conducted in a friendly environment. Most questions focused on petroleum engineering and fundamental BSc-level concepts, testing both technical understanding and practical insight. Overall, It was not for me.
