Entrevista
It was an internal and external recruitment, through 3rd party agency. First step was a selection of CV’s based on previous work experience, qualifications and skills. Second step was an interview with two local managers. The final part was an interview with a senior manager from HQ.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. I had two interviews, both focused on technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills. The interviewers were friendly, clear, and respectful, asking mostly competency-based questions about process improvement and stakeholder management. Communication was timely, and overall it was a very positive and fair experience.
