Telephone interview - but before I had to do an two online assessments and then got an interview. The person interviewing was very nice and helpful when asking to repeat a question.
It was a very structured and clear process. Fast response although its has many stages. Friendly and professional employers and highly recommend to give it a try. It was a pleasant experience.
