Entrevista
Telephone competency interview was alright. They asked standard questions e.g. why BP, give me an exmaple of a time when you worked in a team.
In person interview was more technical and they asked questions about renewable energy. They want to see how you think but also they are looking for you to provide very specific and correc answers.

I completed a HireVue interview with bp which is the on demand video interview. It was very awkward talking to no one and not being able to gauge reactions. I did the practice questions beforehand to get used to the medium but it was still difficult.

Describe a time you acted in according to one of your core values. What was the core value? How did others react?
Did a recording interview on a computer. Never heard back after it. Seems like the entire system was automated. It would be great if any communication took place after. The questions werre pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary.

Entrevista
Simply, a waste of time, the interviewer was searching for someone who can do his own job, not one with a potential or multiskilled. It was actually a really narrow minded interview mindset
