HORRIBLE!! All HR hiring functions outsourced to India, could not understand anyone; very fragmented and disjointed corporate culture where no one knows what anyone else is doing; people were pleasant, but very defensive and in denial about the INCIDENT IN THE GULF, as they say.
Interviews consisted of very simplistic and behavioral questions only, no questions about my knowledge, experience or talent nor any real information about the position or the company. Everyone seemed very bored with their jobs in a military-type open work environment. Looked like they had all been working there forever and couldn't wait to retire. Everyone at the interview was clearly obsessed with completing the HR form they had to complete before going home. After that interview, it was easy to understand how this company screwed up the Gulf.
