How did you identify the strengths of the team members? How did the team allocate roles and responsibilities? What impact did you personally have on the team? What was the impact beyond the immediate project / task at hand?
Early careers interview process was a couple rounds. 1 hirvue then a case study. There was also a group section to assess how you work in teams with other candidates.
