The interview process itself was relatively straightforward and manageable, but unfortunately, there was a lack of respect for candidates' time and energy, even for those who progressed to the final stage. Despite reaching the final stage, I was not informed of the outcome of the interview for two months, until I reached out to them. This experience was not unique to me; I've heard similar negative feedback from other candidates. Such instances indicate a lack of value for candidates within the company, and I find this disappointing regarding the company's culture.
