The interview process was incredibly disorganised. The HR team cancelled last minute despite me booking time off and told me the wrong information regarding where the offices were located. The whole process of dealing with the HR team was very chaotic and it was very difficult to get hold of them. I was told by the HR team that it would be a competency based interview and spent weeks preparing but when I attended the interview it was a technical based interview. This was very disappointing as I put so much effort into prepping for the interview and really wanted to work at BP. The interviewers were nice and I enjoyed talking to them.
