Entrevista
I've applied online and after 3 days received that email with link on "abstract reasoning test". I solved it just after received that link. After 7 days without any response from Bunq I decided to ask how I performed and received email that I performed well (29/33) and I invited to first interview in office.
It was suggested with 3 time frames when I could visit office and I picked one. And again no answer and no confirmation. When that day come, I wrote email that I won't come because I don't know if they waiting for me and I didn't ask about time off on my current work. Got reply that they are sorry and that I should come on another day.
When finally interview was scheduled and I came to office, I had conversation with HR about company and me. Nothing specific. At the end of interview it was sad to me that I will receive test assessment last day - Friday (it was Monday). It's 2.5 weeks gone from that time, and there is still no any email from their side. I decided that it's too much and didn't remind HR about myself anymore.
So my conclusion is that Bunq is so famous and so great company and they can easily lose candidates, because all the best minds of the planet are waiting in line just to have an interview with them. Google should be afraid of them.

Entrevista
First I had to answer something like a psychology test to "check if my profile matched what they expect". This seemed more like a coaching stuff and after a few days I got a message telling I passed this phase.
Second I was given a Google Form with several (bad written) multiple choice questions for Android and after submitting it, there was an option where I could check my results and I got 100% correct answers.
Then, after like one week I got an email telling they will not proceed because my skills were not aligned with what they wanted, and they could not provide individual feedback.
To me, this is a great disrespect, because of course it was a default message, If Im an Android Dev, with a 100% correct questions, how the hell my skills are not what they expect? After all, I applied for an Android position.
Its ok if they dont want to hire because of salary expectations, or the position got closed, or they hired someone cheaper.
But at least, treat people with respect and tell the reasons instead of just sending a total non sense default message.

I applied they invited me to a cultural interview for the first step. It was made by AI, and they asked some questions and recorded me while I was answering the questions. It was weird to have a cultural first step, and they rejected me.
