The initial stage involved a thorough screening, where they sought to understand not only my professional qualifications but also my alignment with the company's values and goals. Moving forward, the subsequent rounds were engaging, encompassing both technical assessments and scenario-based discussions that gauged my problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Entrevista
The interview process included four steps:
1. HR Screening
2. Test
3. Interview by Team Lead
4. Interview by Team and HR.
The overall process was smooth and prompt. However, the process afterwards was horrendous. The HR contacted the references and troubled them with too many questions. Instead of asking about the calibre of the individual, they were more interested in knowing why they left the job.
Nonetheless, after a background check, the offer given was below the market standards. The mentioned work hours were much longer (08:30 to 6:00), and besides that, you are also expected to work over the weekends.
Lastly, the notice period was three months, so once you are there, it is almost impossible to leave the vicious hell. So plan accordingly; the workplace seemed unprofessional, remotely located, lesser paying. These were my initial impressions after four rounds of interviews.
