Entrevista
Multiple rounds of interviews including a phone interview and two in-person interviews. Final interview is participation in an actual Sprint Review where you will make recommendations for Sprint process improvements. I came fully prepared and thought I knocked it out of the park. I was shocked when I got the standard rejection email a few days later.

Entrevista
Quick answers that were typed during the application. Then, I had a scheduled zoom with a highering manager. Overall, the interview was an easy conversation with no difficult questions. It was natural and went a little longer than the allotted 30 mins.

3-phase interview (phone, in-person, and group session) that took about 2-3 weeks total to complete. The phone screen was fairly routine and straight forward. The remaining interviews were more conversational and relaxed.

Entrevista
Phone interview was the first process but I had to call to find out if I was even selected to move to a face to face interview. During the phone interview I believe I was quite engaging but I guess not according to Cpanel. The interviewer wasn’t even prepared with the questions not asked as he had planned, he wasn’t organized!
