It had a nice flow, it was professional, quick response on wanting to interview and whether they are continuing the process. It was over an hour long, interviewed with multiple people.

The interview process with Canfield was very positive! I was contacted by HR for a phone screening and a couple days later I was contacted again for an interview. I met with HR first then the clinical team. Everyone I met with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall the process was quick and easy, I had virtual interviews which were scheduled at a convenient time for me and I didn’t have to complete any applications (I noticed a previous comment had mentioned this but it was not part of my experience). I accepted their offer and have been enjoying my time working for such a great company!
