This was the most unprofessional organization I've ever applied to. I had 2 interviews and then a take home assessment (timed 3 hour assessment building a ML model and creating a presentation), was scheduled for their "Day 0" and then they canceled last minute because they weren't hiring. I saw they did this before to a US candidate so beware - it doesn't seem like they're actually hiring in the US and just want to steal your ideas for free. Wildly, wildly unprofessional.
