After my application was reviewed, I had a short phone interview followed by a three person panel interview with members of the team, and then the offer was made. Negotiations occurred over email. The process was relatively simple and quick, and they worked great with the start date I needed.

In-depth and thorough process - good way to meet everyone, but it takes a while. There was a job shadow day involved as well as a personality profile. I met with several groups of people and had a group interview as well.
