Entrevista
The process took 3-4 weeks. The various rounds were HR Screening, Technical Assessment, Technical Interview, DISC Assessment and final interview with the director. The process was smooth and the interviewers were very kind and explained the process clearly and talked about the role and the company in detail. They make sure you're comfortable and are very flexible with the interviews.

There were 3 rounds. 1. Normal Discussion about the previous experience and the new role 2. Technical Interview 3. DISC Profiling (it is DISC assessment test to determine DISC type and personality) The process was very smooth with detail communication.
