The most unexpected question asked pertained to what I loved to do outside of work. I was so blindsided by a company that would put so much emphasis on happiness in all areas of its employees lives that they would truly be interested in how you balance working hard at your job with the importance of family/friends/etc.

How would you change the layout of this page to increase conversions? Can you rebuild this page from scratch only using the notepad app? How can you measure the clickthrough rate of a webpage when a user has an ad-blocker installed?
