I invested my 10 hours in interview with ctrl QS and with no feedback at the end. The interview was scheduled on an urgent basis three time. I had three rounds in total with no feedback at the end. The first and second interview was nicely done with useful questions. But the third round was not as expected. The work pressure among employees was clearly visible and there was lot of unnecessary questions. They always tried to make me feel like I should convince them to hire me. It was very disappointing at the end. The experience started with high expectations was ended after three rounds with no results. I am still awaiting for their feedback but I guess with so much high pressure no one has time to share a constructive feedback after I have invested my 10 hours of interview with this company. Everytime I had to visit their office, these rounds could have easily done over video call as well.
