After a first skype interview, I was selected to have a face to face interview. This was absolutely not a pleasure. I was asked to solve random problems from number theory. The recruiters just left me with the text of the problems in an office and when I finished I was bring to the door. No chance to make some questions and this is not acceptable if the candidates come from an other country (expenses were not reimbursed).
