The interview process is lengthy but very thorough. You are interviewed twice with a variety of questions and topics. Once by the District Manager and once by the Zone Director.

Apply on line, this was a normal process, take a survey for how you manage people, what would you do question. When you finish the survey and you are successful you will get an email asking to set over the phone interview. If you can pass this you will get a future interview with the district leader and the region supervisor. When this is over and you have done well you will get a final interview with the VP of the company on face time. The end result you will not know for weeks to come until you get a final call if you get a final call. If you don't you know you did not do well.

I was involved with a rapid interview process. Mind you this took 24 hrs to complete. First interview was with a DM. She calls me back an hour after first interview and schedules me to meet with her boss the Zone Manager that afternoon at another store. Then I get a call 1 hour later to meet with another DM the next afternoon. When I show up for that interview the Regional Vice President was in the area and sat in on the interview. So I completed the entire 4 person interview process in 24hrs. An offer of employment was given to me 1 day later.
