I had a positive experience with the interview process and felt valued as a candidate. It was organized into three stages: the first two were online with HR manager and the hiring manager, the last stage was in-person at the Berlin office, split into two parts — one with the hiring manager and another with one of the founders. The in-person interview lasted about 2 hours.
I really appreciated the communication throughout each step. I received feedback quickly, usually within a day or two. And any questions I had were answered right away.
It was great to see the team during offline interview. People were very welcoming and it made me feel more excited about the possibility of working together.
After the last interview, the company asked for the contact information of two of my previous managers to check my professional background. It was a sign to me that the company cares about building a great team.
Shortly after that, I received a job offer:)
