Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela deviantArt (Los Angeles, CA) em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied and was sent a take-home. It was fairly easy, mostly just fixing a react / redux project and adding some functionality. Took a couple hours.
A day or so after submitting it I received a rejection email, saying that I had done "outstanding" but that I didn't fit the experience they were looking for. Normally I don't mind rejection but this was one of the rare instances where I fit their job description to a T, and did well at their skills assessment.
Honestly it just feels like they're posting jobs with no real intent to hire. The whole experience was a total waste of time.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa deviantArt (Los Angeles, CA).
Entrevista
I started on as a freelancer before being hired on full time. Once I worked there for a few months they brought me in for a meeting and asked a few questions before making an offer. It was pleasant and friendly, and I got the feeling that it was more of an official thing since I had already been doing good work for them for a while.

They asked what my expected salary was, and what my career goals are, pretty standard stuff.
