Interviewed with a nice guy named Rafael. He was super upfront about the job and how it works. I was asked to relocated to san diego for below industry and area standard base pay along with zero relocation assistance. No amount of commison can make up for that. The company honestly doesn't seem serious about it's desire to hire quality people with offers like that.
