Racist organization with biased hiring practices against applicants of color even when their German language skills are very good. Look at their employees on LinkedIn - extremely homogeneous colleagues in a region with a large number of international students. All applications by non-German/non-EU students are rejected at the first stage. This was based on my experience and many of my friends'.
