The hiring process is super sad. To be honest, i have lost faith in this brand & never intend to apply again.
Firstly The roles look very similar & invites very senior cadre of people for application. Once they have their CVs the HRs/Business just sit on the requirements.
The same experience has happened twice over a period of 6 months is where i decided to write. Do not advertise fake jobs for CV collections. Times are tough & people tailor make their CVs & put hours/days of research to impress genuine employers. So please wake up and pull out positions which are no longer available or obsolete jobs.
The Interview Process is 10 Mins HR, then after a month Business, Followed by 3 more rounds (Presentation, Group Discussion, Final) which I could not hear as people as usual are busy, casual and don't respond. Unfortunately this affects brands terribly.
If this is the exposure before joining, what can one expect after they join.

Applied online, received invitation for phone screen interview a month later subject to basic questions on salary expectations and right to work. No further communication, they obviously did not like the expected salary. The recruiter would not take my call when I rang HQ and two emails were ignored. Extremely unprofessional for a company of this size with no excuses for not replying with a stock answer to decline interview. If the salary expectations are higher than budgeted - why not say so and why not actually publish the salary range in your job adverts to save wasting anyone's time?

Entrevista
The process took 3 months from start to finish. It required multiple interviews, first HR, then with people in the team and finally with the country manager. During the process you also have to do a timed case study and present it to the manager
After HR call to discuss few things as screening and prep, there was one hour interview for work experience as first interview. Second interview is case study presentation to the team head.
