Really the most disappointing interview process Ive gone through. After what felt like spending hours on my online test, I didnt pass. However, I dont want to seem sour but this doesnt feel like anyone really looked at my answers. So I either smell nepotism or equality and fairness is out the window. It almost sounds like I was scammed out of the interview process. If anyone from the HR side is reading this, I sincerely hope you get someone immediately to manually re-check everyone's answers done fairly and get back to your candidates with the correct results for the test so everyone has a fair chance at this process. Rather than accepting dodgy referrals to join your company!
