Initial phone screener with in-house recruiter to assess potential match. After résumé reviewed by hiring manager, there was a phone call with manager. Hiring manager then decided for in-person with the team. The in-person interview took about three hours to meet everyone on the team and other potential colleagues on other teams. A few days later, I was informed they wanted to continue and gave me a take-home assignment that related to current opening. The take-home assignment was presented in person to the hiring manager and another team member at a coffee shop to keep it casual. Offer was given a day or so later.
