Online phone call and zoom. Met with the Director of Client Services and the Team Lead. Friendly attitude from the team members, it felt warm. We ran through a series of questions/ scenarios around customer service and problem solving.

Reached out by a recruiter who did an initial call, that was fine. Was scheduled an assignment that was a whole landing page… Did it completely and spent couple hours, even did server setup so the contact form was functional. Scheduled interview to discuss about the assignment, although Interview went fine nothing was discussed about the assignment and the main interviewer didn’t attend so another was scheduled. This interview didn’t went well, it was memory test book questions of Wordpress hooks and functions even though I told the person I have not worked recently with WP but knew php quite well and did have some WP experience before, and I had the idea we were going to focus on the assignment. He just called off the interview and said that’s it. Although interview was a negative experience it was a positive one for me as I got a much better job at a much better place.
