I was referred by a current employee, former member of my team at previous job for team leader. First interview with Bulgarian manager was OK, she discussed my CV. Received no feedback for over 2 months, when I was invited for 2nd interview for two specialist positions with Dutch employee, did not get what her position in company was but I think she was HR. OK interview, we again discussed my CV, she said I could choose one of the two positions and get back to them. I did so and was invited to a 3rd interview this time with direct supervisor to be. I was astonished at the lack of organization and disrespect for my time, there should have been one meeting interview with all direct supervisors. I asked if 3rd interview can be done over phone or Skype or similar, initial response by the bulgarian manager was "probably not but I'll ask". Then she called again to ask for me to free my next day's afternoon and wait for confirmation what time to have the Skype interview. Two days later, after I got no further information or calls,no Skype interview either, I called her to check what was happening and she said she forgot to call me back and that they went with someone else.
