My recruiter reached out to me via email. There was an appointment set up for a later date. The first phone call were typical questions where you'd explain how you would handle certain situations. If the recruiter felt you were a candidate, he/she will arrange for a second interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was more of a conversation. They also sent some questions you could expect while also being able to overcome objections.

It was fairly easy. They were friendly in the beginning. The interviewer asked formal questions. The interview lasted for 7 minutes. We covered all the benefits of the company as well.
