I had phone interview, video interview and role play. Recruiter was thorough in telling me about the job. I had to record a video answering questions. Then Site Director did role play.

Interviews consisted of group interviews and one on one with a Manager. It was an easy process, and the Managers and staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
