It’s a pretty long process. After submitting your application and then if you’re successful, the next step would be an online assessment. If you’re again successful, you’ll then have to complete a self-recorded video interview. This could be challenging if you’re not used to taking videos of yourself (but of course you have the option not to look at yourself while recording tho). And the next step will be a live virtual interview and if you are successful, you will then be offered with the position you’re applying for.

Based on your experience, have you handled a difficult customer before? If so, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?

Absolutely appalling process from start to finish. I can see from reading other candidate's reviews, I'm not alone with my experience. Was contacted for a payments position initially and after submitting all that was requited from my end, was left hanging for about a week and a half. I chased up on it and finally, the recruiter contacted me ( no apology ) with a vague explanation that role had since been filled but that another position for the Trust Team might suit my skills set so an interview was set up ( for the wrong time ). I was waiting on zoom for 9.30 am and reached out to the recruiter as no sign of the interviewers, only to be told she made a mistake with the time and if I could join at 11am instead. Interview was weird, one guy fireballing STAR based scenario questions which in my opinion, was overwhelming. He seemed robotic and as if he was reading from a script. The role-play was a waste of time as he didn't seem to follow the information provided and the awkwardness of it made me uneasy. Not sure how they assess candidates as the whole process seems entirely wrong. As expected, nobody reached out to me with feedback so I had to chase again. The recruiter who referred me was out of office and didn't arrange for her colleague to follow up with me. Feedback was negative, no offer and it seems to me, if you're not successful, they don't waste their precious time to even bother following up with you. Am really glad that I didn't get an offer and can say hands down, it was the worst interview experience to date. AVOID!!
