I had 2 interviews of 30min face to face with 2 different managers. one more technical oriented, one more overseing ebay and the department. Quite standard interview process. Very short, they look for young people able to speek many languages, no need to be graduate

Entrevista
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, followed by a hiring manager round, and then a final panel consisting of 4 individual loop interviews (45 minutes each). The interviews focused on SQL, business case scenarios, analytics, marketplace problem-solving, and behavioral questions related to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Two rounds of interview. One is initial screening and 2nd phase is Case study presentation. Most of the questions are asked from the case study that you are going to submit for the 2nd phase of the interview.
