The interview was on campus, we had a group discussion where a major chunk of the candidates were eliminated, the rest had to go through with the interview. The interview questions were two pronged - 1.) in depth questions about resume and any past work experience and projects 2.) team work and team management skills

Overall average hiring process...they ask questions not even related to process and judge you based on that. Hiring manager needs to gain interview experience first as not at all professional managers
