1-Hr round -> introduce yourself, what is domain? ,Are you ready to work in rotational sift,are u experience or fresher,salary discussion.
2-apptitude test-> reasoning and logical test
3-essay writing->write a essay on any topic or given topic.
4-manager round-> technical question asked, real life based question asked ,customer facing issue network issue how you will solve.

You are customer support executive, if a customer facing the issue with network issue, coming and going then what will u advise?

It takes full day and has 3 rounds
1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
