Entrevista
The interview was easy had 4 rounds
1. Extempore one topic was given and u have to speak on it for a minute they just check your Fluency in English
2. HR round again just communication skills are checked
3. Aptitude test - Verbal Quant Reasoning also there's a typing test for some candidates
4 . Ops round - This is face to face interview with the manager Communication skills and Confidence is checked . Some basic questions about networks were asked.

It takes full day and has 3 rounds
1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
