Process would start with an online test of multiple choice questions consisting of subjects related to aptitude and finance(M&A, Capital budgeting, financial statements, etc)
You will get only a minute to answer each question.
If you clear he above then it will lead you to Group Discussion about current topics like ecommerce, oil & petroleum, etc.
After clearing the above you will have to go through an interview before a panel of 2members.

Overall average hiring process...they ask questions not even related to process and judge you based on that. Hiring manager needs to gain interview experience first as not at all professional managers

Easily applicable and rounds are not that hard . 1st Hr is normal and second is ops which asks your past experience in kyc. You can easily apply for the role with atleast 3-5 years of experience into investment banking field or any financial services background.
