I was selected for interview through campus recruitment process. The company is good to work but the people will take so much time to give the result and at last they reject you.

One of your friend is working in the company which follows Indian culture and works in day shift. You are in eCW in night shift and eCW is following US culture then how will you convince your friend that eCW is better than the company in which he works?

1st Round: Technical and Logical reasoning: go for Hackerrank to practice.
2nd Round: Manager Face-to-face round: (PI).
3rd Round: HR Director Face-to-Face Round.
After a week, got selected and the Induction+ Core product training was given.

Entrevista
There are two rounds in interview. The first round is group discussion round and the next round is technical round . Question asked in interview are to basic , they only asked from the SQL and C++.

Its was good, all the question asked is too easy. Question is based on basic SQL and basic C++ concepts. there are two rounds in interview, first will be GD round and after this technical round.
