A recruiter who sounded completely clueless emailed me to ask me why I am interested in the role and why I am looking. He also asked me about what teams I managed. When I told him to have a call to go through these details, I got ghosted and got the typical thanks but not interested email. When you put unqualified recruiters this is what happens. He should not be in that role period!!
