1st interview was informational - get to know you and your experience and more about the job. it was on zoom. 2nd interview was a practice phone call that you'd have with potential students, there was a script. I was told you'd make about 100 calls a day. Was also told they'd be in touch early next week and that never happened. Sent a thank you email same day as the interview too and no response even though they said I did a great job. From reading reviews though it looks like I dodged a bullet. Just seems very rude to not reply at all having spent that much time interviewing.

Recruiting screen -- would have been HM interview next but I never heard feedback despite following up multiple times. Unfortunate to see this difference in the values they profess re: caring about people and being different than traditional academia, and how the interview process went down in reality.
