Proceso largo con preguntas sin el contexto apropiado con terminos/definiciones no generales sino particulares de un dominio propio del entrevistador. Este genera un dificultad para entender que busca la empresa y dar una respuesta acorde. El tipo de preguntas hechas suelen tener mas de una respuesta dependiendo el contexto. Entrevista muy pobre.
