After the first interview with HR they sent me an exercise.
The exercise was based on a imaginary product (space travel offer). I had to conceptualize and design a campaign about it. That was one of the most out of focus and out of context brief for a designer I've ever seen in more than 10 years.
Be careful because they will judge primarly not-deisgn related task such as: copywriting, campaign strategy, planning and timing, results measuring and so on.
Obviously they will put a lot on emphasis on the design process – but their dull brand guidelines will allows you to do really little, like using just "real, authentic photography".
This definitely told me a lot about how the company works and how the projects could be managed and organized – so I would suggest you decide wisely if apply, not sure it is worth the time you'll invest.
