Entrevista
The process starts with answering a recorded video interview online. Once done, I had two follow up interviews via Skype with staff from the Analytics team. They gave me a coding challenge to complete, and once completed I was invited for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview was from 9am to 4pm, I was told that it ends with an interview with the CEO. I had a total of six interviews that day. By 4pm I was scheduled to meet the CEO, but it had been cancelled. I was informed shortly afterwards that there will be a panel interview the following week, and they will have me Skype in for it. I would get the details the following business day.
That day came and went, and so I followed up via e-mail. After no response, and a few days later I received a generic rejection letter. I am usually fine with this, but in this case, I found it to be extremely unprofessional.
I followed up twice, with no response from the HR or the Analytics team. The second time I followed up via e-mail. I received a generic rejection letter, one you would get if you were in the initial stages of the process.
I was lied to about a panel interview that never came, and probably was never planned. I do not see myself working here, and wouldn't recommend anyone to relocate to Tulsa, OK to work with a staff that is unprofessional in their communication and behavior towards candidates. A total of 8 interviews (not including the initial video recording) were conducted and passing their coding assignment.
I would say for a tech job, they do not know what they want.

Entrevista
Telephone interview by a technical (possibly hiring manager) rather than HR screen.
Apparently the company is trying to build up the analytic capability of their software product. A competing product seems to have the company in a bad place in the market.
The position advertised for "Top Tier University" PhD talent but the interviewer was a friendly third tier programmer that had a poor background for understanding information processing trade-offs for predictive analytics and was less than frank in describing the position.
Since I don't know what the aims of management are, I can only say that I can confirm some of the caveats I read about this company on Glassdoor. It is not a company that appears to be entirely forthright.

Entrevista
A very professional and friendly environment with a pleasant group of individuals who were quite supportive. First interview was with HR and then with the management team that I would be working closely with. Final interview was with the owner that makes you feel as comfortable as the rest of the team.
