Spoke to the hiring lady about by background and experiences. i answered her questions sufficiently and she introduced me to the engineering captains. They somehow seemed disinterested and too distracted to actually speak to me. The Owner then came out and asked to identify a picture- A sewer cap. Strange! Everyone in the office looked angry.

Entrevista
Initial screen with HR manager over the phone. Then they call you for 1:1 with Network Engineer then Team Manager. Final Interview with CEO. Then go back to HR manager for all the basic details.
