Entrevista
There was clear communication from the interviewer and I was told when I would receive feedback. Scheduled interviews were on time and efficient. Some google meets and some virtual eXp world interviews showed the scope of the communication channels for the job.

Entrevista
A representative emailed me to set up an appointment. The day of, I got an email that they needed to reschedule last minute. I understand that things come up, so I rescheduled right away. When I got a phone call the day of my rescheduled interview, the interviewer apologized for rescheduling and thanked me, explaining that they had some time off. I'm not sure why I had to reschedule last minute if they'd planned to take time off, but I suppose this is a minor complaint.
The representative then asked me what my current job is. I said that I'm currently a student due to graduate in a few months. This information is indicated clearly on my resume, but the interviewer seemed totally surprised. They explained, in a very unprofessional manner, that they can't possibly hold a position for me that long. I ended the call quickly--it was clearly a waste of my time since the interviewer hadn't even bothered to look at my resume.

Interview went well, told me that I seemed like a perfect fit then I did not hear back. I followed up a few times, before I was finally told that the person that had interviewed me had moved on from that role. She then forwarded me the person information (only after I requested it) who took over for her but at that point it was too late the role had already been filled because she didn't know that I existed. Very unprofessional to not pass along all candidates information, then ignore them for weeks while they're trying to follow up with you and then continue to not pass along their information to next in charge until they request you do so.
